Pre-Order Policy

1. WHAT IS A PREORDER?

A preorder allows you to reserve a Wild Childz® product before it is officially available. These items are part of a limited production run and may not be restocked once sold out.

 

2. PAYMENT

• Full payment is charged at the time of purchase

• Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed

• Prices are consistent as retail; preorder customers may receive exclusive bonus items while supplies last

 

 3. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMELINE

• Preorders help us meet minimum production quantities (MOQ)

• Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout

• All timelines are estimates and may change due to production, logistics, or global supply conditions

• We will provide updates via email in  the event of significant changes

 

4. DELAYS

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge:

• Production and shipping timelines may change

• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

• Such delays do not constitute defects and are not grounds for chargebacks or refunds outside the stated cancellation window

 

 5. CANCELLATIONS

• Preorders may be canceled within [24 hours] of purchase for a full refund

• After this window, orders are final and non-cancelable due to production allocation

 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Once delivered, items are eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

7. PREORDER BONUSES

• Any preorder-exclusive items or bonuses are on a limited basis and while supplies last

• Availability of bonus items is not guaranteed once the preorder window closes

8. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

• Preorder items will ship once production is complete

• Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship separately

• Additional shipping charges may apply where applicable

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dreamcleod©, LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, shipping carrier issues, or global supply chain disruptions.
